We already have hard wired under the cabinet lights but I want plugs and light switches under the cabinets too and that is what I am looking for.

Your electrician should direct you where in your area you can look at different possibilities. Do you have a lighting store in your area? Call them and see if they have the items you are looking for to view the different types.
