How did you build the walk in closet?

We bought a 60's pre fab A frame one year ago. The attic/upperloft/master bedroom has a teeny bathroom and no closet space. We are stumped on the space configuration. How did you figure out where to put the closet and bathroom? Would love to know more about your thought process.
