Hi Susan, for the most part with any brand of plumbing fixture that is installed is not returnable. Any fixture not installed and is in sellable condition might have a restocking fee. With that being stated RH Lefroy is a good brand based in England/UK. Below is a link that shows their 5 year warranty. I would call their North American office and ask about replacement parts? Before buying find out if parts are readily available?
