hello!! this is my first time here and pretty much first time gardening aside from helping take care of my grandma's house plants last summer!

anyway, main subject is i bought some canna lily bulbs and other seeds/bulbs from the store today and just got done planting them all! however - with the canna lillies, there was an extra bulb connected to the other bulb by several roots! i thought it was pretty lucky to get a two for one deal LOL but.. all of the weaker ones snapped off as soon as i tried to get a closer look at it to find the eyes.. there is still one larger sized root connecting the two though. will they be okay?
