Sorry but IMO composite sinks will never be as tough as stainless or as neutral .Why would you want to even think about this product if you have read this somewhere.

We are wondering the same thing. A professional at Ferguson in Los Angeles (a very high end store for fixtures, etc) spoke highly of granite composite sinks. We're looking for white and wondering if it is better than getting a enamel coated cast iron sink or porcelain. Each sink seems to have its pros and cons in terms of scratching, staining, knicks, cracks, etc. Let me know what you find out!

Composite sinks are basically Corian sinks with quartz filler instead of aluminum tryhydrate. Hit the disposal hole with hot pasta water and you won't have any troubles with either.
