My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could this ceiling style be done if our ceiling style calls for a trey? think it goes from 9' to 11'. could we slope off the ceiling to get this look?

    The trusses in these homes were designed to accommodate the ceiling details you see in this image. Your home's trusses may need to be modified to get this look. Contact an engineer to determine if your trusses can be modified. If not, there are other ceiling details that may be incorporated to give you a custom look. Between 9 and 11 feet, I don't think you'll have enough height to create this pitch/vault. Hope that helps!
