My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I am very interested in TCS from the Container Store. It seems much higher end than Elfa which is a hanging system. TCS has a built in wood look and seems far sturdier. The display we visited at the Container Store had lots of options that Efla could not match. If you compare pull out pants racks for example - Elfa has set spaces - 10 or 11 only I think, entirely plastic and very shoddy. Whereas TCS has a metal rod that you can puts as many hangers on as you wish. We also thought the retractable valet hook and tie rack were just fantastic. We were considering going with TCS just because time is limited and we don't like having closet system reps visit our house in the middle of a full remodel. But those cool inset lighting strips in the closet sections are $300 a foot! And they are just LED strips with a plastic cover. I cannot understand how they can possibly justify that price.
