I do not know what kind of tree that is, hopefully some fruit will form and you can do a fun taste test! I am sure one of the experts on here can identify it!

Lots of possibilities. See if you can find a tag on the trunk under the soil-line... sometimes those things do not get removed at planting. Also, scratch a leaf and tell us what you smell...

I second what John said, really looks to be some variety of orange. Which one I have no idea. Washington navels are common though, so that would be my guess!
