St. Patrick

Jerome here. The spring flush is going to be very good this year. Was walking around the gardens with Fr. Ambrose, and saw these St. Patrick blooms. They get these orange tinges in the spring, at least here, that Are really beautiful. Had Ambrose put his hand next to one of the flowers to give an idea of the size of them.

Wow that's gorgeous! Don't think mine has ever put out blooms that big!

Thanks. I have no idea why it's doing so well this year. It is deeply mulched, to be sure, but it's on a hillside where, honestly, it doesn't get a lot of attention.

Wowzers! That's a huge rose bloom. There must be steroids in the soil. Beautiful!

Nice big bloom! So excited for you! I took a St Patrick's to exhibit once. Judge's wouldn't judge it as they kept insisting it wasn't SP due to the apricot edges!
