I too am really loving this house and really trying to figure out the modifications. I am planning to change a lot.

im wanting to add a playroom downstairs.

i am the same way. I'm following a lot of people who have built it on instragram. That has helped out a lot. We won't be building for a while. I pray sooner, Lord willing! How about you?

That house is very pretty. No I'm not building yet, but I do plan on it soon! Mitchell Ginn has another floor plan super similar to the Four Gables that I really liked. The outside of the house was totally different though. I will find the link!

Yeah I saw that! I kinda like Aiken ridge, too! But I think the four gable I'm sold!

The love the big windows for the upstairs of the Four Gables. I love big windows, lots lighting, and white!

I also love big front porches and big back porches. It's something I always look for!

I built a FG. Not sure if I responded to you on the other thread or not. We made a few modifications.

I hope I'm not too late to join in on this conversation! We are at the VERY beginning stages of building and I am in love with Four Gables (I think it has something to do with watching Anne of Green Gables a million times as a little girl, but that's another story). I have no experience with building a house and I love the upstairs floor plans of Four Gables. I would like to add a window in each of the upstairs bathrooms (is that even possible?) and figure out how the pantry looks in the original plans. Is the pantry in the original plans a walk-in? Any help would be appreciated!
