decorative tile decision

I had picked tile on bottom for a decorative rectangle in my shower. The frame I picked is on back order for months and need by april 24. My sister thinks I should pick top mosiac tile and start all over finding a trim for that. I have a clawfoot bathtub custom painted grey. The shower tile on bottom is called silver mist, but has a lot of brown tones in it. Any suggestions on which mosiac you like and a frame to go around it?

Having a difficult time finding chair rail trim.

I like them both but the bottom pops out more and I think it will look better.

If it were my bathroom, I would choose the bottom one. It has more pizazz, it also gives you the option of using the colors in it for towel or accent pieces in the room. I think I would frame the rectangle with a pencil liner tile. It should be easier to find and less expensive than chair rail tile. The pencil liner is a simpler look and won't compete with the mosaic.

I agree. The arabesque has a lot of color variation and it can carry the look without the thick, ornate frame. That frame is a bit much for a shower imo.
