My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Cooktop Venting?

Beautiful kitchen. It looks like an induction cooktop on the island, but I don't see a hood or downdraft. How does it vent? Thanks!

    You only need to vent a cooktop if its a gas appliance. Usually we prefer not to have venting with an induction but its a personal preference.

    What happens to smoke and odor? Asking because I’m considering the same. If I burn something or make something smelly.
