My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The siding is by James Hardie and uses the following:

    1.) 8" Hardie Plank - "Boothbay Blue"

    2.) 6" Hardie Shingle - "Evening Blue"

    3.) 6" Hardie Trim - "Arctic White"


    Also, the stone is by Boulder Creek:

    Ohio Rubble - Color = Oklahoma Crème
