Looks more like Dahlia leaves than impatiens to me.What is the maroon plant in front of them.In my experience,sunpatiens and new guineas don't set viable seeds.The native jewelweed and the Himalayas are just the opposite.

I assume the OP is asking about the reddish plant in front of the dahlias. I don't know what it is, but it's not impatiens.

Yes, I agree it looks like Campsis radicans. Probably a sucker from a nearby vine maybe. You might want to read up on how invasive this vine can be, and how extremel difficult it is to get rid of. I was lured to it by the beautiful flowers, and their attractiveness to hummers, but knowing what I know now, I wish I'd never planted it. Best to dig it out completely when small like yours. I could see growing it if you had acres of land, and it was placed far from the house, but close to the house, bad, bad idea. The roots along the stems attach to any surface,growing up into gutters and completely covering doors and windows if not repeatedly hacked down. It grows at phenomenal speed. Pruning 3 or more times a season is the norm if you want to keep it in check.
