My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The ceiling can be insulate with either blown insulation or regular placed insulation

    Would you use lower R value,being thinner, since not much space for airflow. Building sunroom using shed style roof.

    We are not insulation experts, rather design/ build. I would check with an insulating company to get accurate info!
