I would first ID them since IME some of the nastiest looking bugs are useful. some of these true bugs are predatory on the true problems, IIRC. There is an insect forum that might offer ID if you post photos and tell them what species of plant they were found on and generally where you are.

If it turns out that they are a pest species, with a relatively small number like that, I would go out early morning (when it's still cool so the bugs are slow) with a quart container of soapy water and knock them in.

Edited to add: Looks like they are Euschistus sp. which from what I read are nasties to plants.
