Depends on how you plan to grow then - individually or in clumps - either works. But if you want individual plants then they need to be separated ASAP or doing so will kill half of them. If planting in clumps of 2-3 plants then they can remain as is until approx. 5" tall and then will require transplanting.

Unfortunately you have them in peat pots which have their own set of problems so try to get them out of those asap. And if you decide to plant then as is be sure to strip off all the peat pot when planting. And for future reference do some research into all the discussions here about using those pots.

What are the pros and cons of keeping them in clumps? Sorry but i am literally brand new to tge world of plants. Bought my first one maybe a month ago. Also I bought the peat moss pots before i found this forum. I will do some research on them, but as of now they did help me hit nearly 100% germination on my first try!

It isn't really a pro or con just an appearance issue. Picture a single stem plant sitting alone with one flower on top versus what looks like 1 plant but has 3 stems and flowers. Clumps tend to look more normal, more natural to the eye. But if growing them for cut flower arrangements some prefer a row of single stem plants.

One of the primary problems with the peat pots is they encourage you to over-water the plants - not good. They wick the water out of the soil where it is needed and into the pot. The inexperienced grower thinks they have to keep watering. That leads to root rot. And the roots do not penetrate the pots as advertised, they don't break down well in most soils. So the recommendation is to be sure to strip off as much of the pot as possible before planting.
