It looks to me as if there is one plant on each low trellis and there are two narrow trellises below the window to catch the draping part.

I think you have the right idea, two plants one on each side trellis.

Based on my experience, you will do better with plastic coated fence wire rather than netting or chicken wire. It is difficult to separate the clematis parts you have pruned off from netting or chicken wire, while it's much easier on the sturdier plastic coated wire fence mesh.

Lily, the obelisks are still in the box. I need to prep the ground once I figure out where I'm going to put them.

Babs, my plan was to put the wire around the base of the obelisks/future trellis, if I copy the picture above, to give the plants something to grasp so it will go up the poles, so it won't be higher than a foot.

Yesterday I remembered when I grew the old Clematis on the old trellis below, I didn't add anything at the bottom of it, and they did just fine. Now I'm wondering if I need anything at all?

I moved the trellis yesterday to a new spot. When I was outside my cat was goofing off around that Clematis, and it's a place where she likes to hunt. I knew it was a matter of time before she broke the stem at the base so I quickly wrapped some chicken wire around it. lol
