Best if they grow under the light immediately upon germination. Otherwise you get leggy stems. Many will set the tray under the light before they even germinate to insure there is no gap in time. So your's are more that ready for the lights.

And I suggest you stop misting now. Once they have leafy surfaces misting only encourages foliar diseases and fungus. Plus it isn't getting any water down to the roots where needed. Now is the time to start bottom watering.
