Have you fertilized it recently? if so when, how much and what kind? It looks hungry to me. Also what kind of soil is it in?

I believe I fertilized last in January, before some of the big rains. I just took a handful of organic citrus fertilizer and spread it out, and watered it really well. Soil is a citrus/cactus mix that I got at Lowes. Thanks so much!

You'll need to fertilize more than that, I've been told organics don't often work as well for containers as they do in ground so you may find you want to switch when you run out. I would look at the label dose and do at least that if not 1.5x and apply every 1-2 weeks. The heavy rain you got probably washed a lot of it out of the container.

Depends on how often, and how deeply the container is watered. Nitrogen and potassium are highly water soluble, and are easily washed way. Fertilizing once a month would be the absolute minimum. Personally, I would fertilize every two weeks with the watering system you are using.

I was advised by the wonderful people on this site to use dyno-grow at 2 teaspoons per gallon of water and to put the whole gallon on the tree once a week. I have been doing this for a while and my trees love it! I also have some osmocote on the soil. I feed that every 4-6 months or so. (it is a slow release fertilizer)

Not at that time. Extra watering depends on weather. If the soil is drying out then I give water. I also forgot to mention to mix a little vinegar into the water. If you are using city water it is probably pretty alkaline and the vinegar should bring the pH down. The roots are better able to absorb the nutrients when the water is around 6 pH. Also using a room temp or slightly warm water helps as well because warm roots work better than cold roots.
