We built a new house and it's time to do the lawn. 5 acres, about half was planted with wheat and about half is dirt. How should we go about getting the best lawn? For example, spray with herbicide, wait how long, use harley rake, how to spread seed, should we use mushroom manure on top of the seed, etc. we live in PA and the house location is on what used to be corn and soybean fields.
