how old is my hoya ?

hallo , I bought my first hoya carnosa today my neighbour gave me 2 cutting's but that is a different story haha I need your advice on the cuttings but to get back to my beautiful hoya when can I expect blooms and the white leaves are they albino stems ? its my first time owning a hoya all advise will really be appreciated and what do you think is the age ?

is this a albino stem ?
