Welded joint

My beloved stool tipped over onto my linoleum kitchen floor. One of the three welding supports for the seat broke. The stool seat "gives" and is noisy. I'm 5'7" and 135 pounds, and I make a lot of squeak'n noise when I sit.
I fear having only two sound welds will eventually weaken. Please help me
get a stable seat, again.
