Need more inf. Do the vines grow well but no bloom? Perhaps too much shade. Do the buds form but not open? When do you prune? What varieties? Any chance they are getting hit with weed killer drift?

The vines grow well, in full sun. Pruning as always early in spring--Rooguchi, Duchess of Albany, Etoile Violette--all species clematis, no hybrids. No weed killer. Something is wrong with the buds/blooms. They are in different areas though not real far from one another.
