I live in S. Florida and my Ananas plants are getting tall/leggy and have brown spots on the leaves. Plants are located in mostly the sun. New & healthy leaves are growing from the center, but then to start to spot.

What should I do? I’m about to dig them up and trim off the spotted leaves and replant them by lightly adding organic matter & native soil.

Any other suggestions?
