Hello shaiqbashir, where in the world are you?

Here in North America Maples in general drop their leaves every fall and go dormant for winter. Then come about two weeks ago depending on the severity of our winter, start growing leaves again.

Well Can you have a look at my maple buds and let me know if they are alive or about to grow. Im new to maple so just interested in knowing whether my maple is alive or not.

The buds definitely look alive, the tree looks good.

Knowing where you are located is very helpful in providing guidance for growing Japanese maples.......they are by no means well adapted to all climates and locations!!

The tree looks very much alive at this point. Just a bit late to leaf out but that can also be very dependent on location, current weather and how it was overwintered.
