These are seedlings. Like people no two seedlings/children look alike. They look perfectly normal. With luck the one with the yellower foliage will show traits of possible ancestors that have yellow roots and a strong peony root smell. Mark them to dig up and move further apart this fall. The foliage sometimes dies early.
