This vine has decimated the fence in my backyard. It also grows uncontrollably along the house and sprouts up all spring and summer in the entire yard. Thoughts on what it is and how to eradicate it (or at least control it). It grows so rapidly, even with weeding and mowing, it's everywhere. I also have regular weed treatments, but it seems to offer only minor help. Thank you!
