Finally found a variegated pink lemonade, at HD!

On vacation at north myrtle beach, exploring garden centers (that's how I enjoy trips!). The HD's here have MUCH more citrus varieties than ones back home. They have some pretty large Variegated pink lemonade trees for $44, as well as some other trees I never find for sale where I live. Been looking for a vari pink lemonade for ages.

Awesome! That is one of my favorite lemons. Highly acidic and a beautiful pink color inside when ripe, some blush on the outer too. Beautiful small tree.

Note that this cultivar is very frost sensitive, so care for it accordingly.

Here's the only one I snapped so far, when I found them. This HD had rows of citrus. They are 3.5 gallon.

So you are only an 18 hour drives ride from there to here and with lots of beautiful scenery to be had in between!! Ha.. Very nice. You could be so lucky. Nothing here ever.

Just saw variegated pink lemonade today at our local HD. Pittsburgh of all places. Small about 12-16 inches for $25 + tax. Also had key lime, Persian lime, nacel orange, kumquat, meyer lemon and few other fruiting plants. All cutting grown.

I got mine at HD too. I believe it was $25.

I have been to 3 home depots, and only one of them has the grafted citrus so far this season. And ALL the lemons are Meyers. So I would be thrilled to find a different lemon. I was surprised to find kumquats, as I don't think many people know what they are, around here, at least.
