eta - I know you know this - but the Sumi-e line looks similar but it doesn't seem to have anything that looks the same colorwise.

astraea- I don't have any extra pieces, unfortunately. This is in a house we are buying. I will bring a picture with me on my search though.

Jeffrey Brooks Interior Design- I am pretty sure it is tile. They used it as a backsplash in the master bath as well as inset in the shower.

onthefence- Thank you! I have been looking at both the Sonoma Tilemakers "Vihara" & the Sumi-e tiles. I wondered if this was from either line, but wanted other opinions....

You are just purchasing this house ! then all the better :)ask the realor to find out from the owners where did they purchase the tiles and if they remember the pattern name ,sometimes people even save old invoices .

Genevieve- Based on our experience so far with the prior owner, I don't think we'll get much help. They did leave paint cans, so I am thankful for that! :)

Texroja - my comment really was just opinion - no concrete knowledge ;-) It's a beautiful tile though!
