You have lots of room for what you want. I have attached a quick sketch plus a photo of a project that we just completed. We used a hanging "French door" with obscure glass as our screen for the toilet.

Plus here are some photos of tub - shower combos.....these are all similar to the sketch that I showed you in my previous post.

Yeah, the wet room approach solves a lot of problems. If you really don't want that, then you're going to need some kind of line...

(I'd let the tub be off-center from the window to simplify things, or go to a one-sink vanity.)

I wasn't sure if they would do all that plumbing on an outside wall. We live in Ontario.

If you do select something as in the blue sketch, I would recommend building a wall that aligns with the face of the vanity, moving the door up. Entering the bathroom against the vanity is not a very good solution.

I'd suggest that you try and combine the tub and shower or eliminate the tub. As you enter the toilet is on the left in the alcove. Poss room for a bidet as well. The double vanity is on the interior wall. Followed by a shower at the back wall. All plumbing is enclosed on the inside walls.

If you really want both tub and shower then substitute for a vanity in the alcove followed by toilet on the long wall and final seven feet allocated to a tub shower combo with one glass wall.

I would also eliminate the bathtub. Not many people actually use the bathtub anymore except that if the OP does actually use it than it must stay. To leave it just for decor, certainly not good idea and makes the narrow room look smaller. In which country are you located. If Europe, bidet is common. In the USA not so much.

I would put the tub in the 5' bumpout, put the shower along the 6' wall with the plumbing on the inside wall, put the toilet under the window and do a 60" double vanity to the left of the toilet as you're looking at your floor plan. Use a pocket door to save space. If you don't need a 6' shower, you could do a 48' long shower and put a 2 foot wide linen cabinet at the end of the shower.

We do plan to centre the doorway, or at least move it out a bit. I like the idea of the toilet in the alcove, shower across the end.

the other thing we had thought of was..extending the wall straight across and using the alcove from the other side and extending the hall closet in to that space.
