A couple of years ago, I took a class at the LQS on using a long-arm. I wanted to see if it was something I would be interested in doing. I have arthritis setting in my hands and wanted to see if it would be easier than using my domestic machine. It wasn't. My bad wrist suffered terribly guiding it, even while wearing a wrist brace. But it was worth the cost of the class to find out. So included in the class was the practice plain white top and bottom with the batting, where I just practiced all kinds of stitching patterns, haphazardly wandering all over the piece. I'm trying to figure out something to do with this besides it languishing in the closet. It's large. The only thing I can think of is to do a scrappy raw-edge crazy-quilt/collage type thing on it. Any other ideas??
