Last year, I had a major issue with white grubs and cutworms. Rather than using Dylox to kill them after the damage occurs, this year I'm planning to use Scott's GrubEx to take out the eggs before they hatch.
Last year, I had swarms of beetles around late June/early July. I'm guessing those were laying the eggs that later feasted on my Turf until the great grub holocaust of 2016, aka Dylox.
The GrubEx bag says it will provide 4 months of protection. Is it too early to drop the GrubEx now? I've heard Chlorantraniliprole takes a while to work it's way into the soil.
