Should I be concerned?

Gardening is a new obsession for me and I got this San Marzano tomato plant from a class I attended. I transplanted it into a grow bag about two weeks ago and now the leaves look like they are burning (no idea if that is the right terminology). I live in Orange County, California which is zone 10b. My patio only gets about 3 hours of sun, approximately 11:30 am-2:30 pm.

Can you all help me determine what is wrong with this plant?

Oh, I should mention that I mixed in about 1/4 cup of EB Stone All Purpose Plant Food with the potting soil when I transplanted it.
