My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A few starting to pop!! Doing the happy dance!!!

Hi you guys! Thought I'd share a few of what's blooming.

White Magesty and Princess Charlene both new with buds when I purchased. Wooohoooo

Sweet little handful. Includes Mary Magdalyn, several Cream Veranda, Elegant Fairytale, One Gloria Dijon and a couple noids.

A couple clematis. The first one is Boulevard Giselle and the second one I got last year and lost the tag.

    Beautiful roses!!! And the 2nd clematis... woww!! I never succeeded with clematis in my garden.
