Go to your local nursery and pick out what you want. They are blooming now there too. There are a lot of red azalea varieties so pinning a name on one from a photograph might not be reliable.

Also unless you are likely to follow up by ordering off the web or from a print catalog at the end of the day you are left with whatever kinds the outlets you shop have at the time you want to buy anyway. Making putting much time and effort into uncovering names for specific cultivars seen in existing plantings somewhat pointless.

That looks like a double (hose-in-hose) flower. I'm not sure any of the Encores come in doubles. But I could be wrong. They are introducing new ones all the time.
