I planted a dozen encore azaleas several years ago. They are planted in a row along the driveway but up a bit and away from the driveway. All bloom fairly well except one in the middle. It has never bloomed. All are blooming nicely now except for that one. It looks healthy, gets plenty of water, etc.What is going on here?
