My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am thinking of building a room with a post and beam ceiling. The floors will be a walnut but would like to keep the ceiling light and coastal with white oak ceiling boards and cypress beams. I like the ceiling stain used in this house. Could you please share the finish and wood species. Thank you!
