I got the idea of the TV cabinet from Dazy on Houzz, found a old chest and had it redone panel doors open , the one advertised was well over $700, had this done for less than $300.00, it looks exactly like the more expensive cabinet.

get white slip covers for your couches, white sheer curtains and repaint the wicker chair.. it blends it too much. I think with some stuffing and cleaned up that chair can be great in the room!!!

What kind of rods do you have for the drapes? It looks like the old metal kind that you attach those z shaped pins to. A decorative rod would look better.

Your bright blue pillow is too blue for the blue in the sofa.

Are the walls as yellow as they appear? I would suggest painting the walls. Would also paint the wicker chair a dark color. Yes to new upholstery. I do like the rug.

No the walls are a very pale yellow Ben Moore Star magnolia

No they are not wood, just purchased them at bed bath and beyond, they are metal.

Target is where the blue print drapes are from. You need to work with softer blues because the blue in the sofa fabric doesn't show up as bright blue.

Food for thought;

New coffee table; OR Paint existing a super pretty color. Maybe a rich green in a lacquer finish (Farrow & Ball is fantastic).

New pillows with pizzaz. Color and pattern. Greens, blues, pinks, large pattern. Nice size .
Art work; same general notes as pillows.

If you can sew, add a 6 inch band to inside edges of drape panels in a color from pillows / coffee table.
