I imagine that unless the flowers were open, they will be fine. Sometimes if the flowers are open on bulbs, they will be damaged, but the closed buds are typically fine IME. And just so you know, so tulips will return with flowers in future years, but many won't flower again for you. Unless the place you bought them marked them as likely to perennialize, you will have to wait and see what they do next spring.
