Drench it in the evening, sans grow at night, and make sure no water sits in the saucer.

What Woodnative does is what I do. Watering with warm water and at morning gives the plant time to dry out before too long. Watering always depends on your conditions at where it's kept. For me at home in zone 6, this works for me.

Any suggestions on what to do with the droopy leaves? Should I leave them be or trim them?

My largest sansevierias are medium height and when the leaves droop or lean too far over, I use chopsticks and amaryllis stakes to "train" them to stand up straighter. It seems to help, but I don't know yet if the leaves will droop or lean over again after a while without the stakes.

Several of my Sans also suffered shriveled, dead leaves from not watering enough this winter. Until it clicked on me that the central heating was drying out the pots even faster than in the summer
