Colour under the hydrangea before leaf out

To provide some color extra close to our this time of year 'naked' "Bobos" I made the conscious decision last Fall to plant one of my fave bulbs (corms) Corydalis Solida under each hydrangea.
Here it is today:
These corydalis drift into dormancy just about the time these "Bobos" leaf out....so in effect they take up no room.
