Bermuda Lawn looks dead in areas

It appears after a lengthy drought in my area my Bermuda lawn is struggling to recover. My lawn company says it will recover, but the areas of concern are eroding and not filling in well after rain and irrigation. My lawn looks hideous. I just need some feedback. Should I just resod or wait for the area to recover? Thanks!!
