Size of door casing and baseboards

I love this slim door casing and square baseboards. What are the sizes and what is the ceiling height? Would you also do this type of trim on wall openings? Or just have the sheet rock come to a corner?

    the door casing is around 1", the base around 4"H, ceiling around 8ft.

    wall openings, you can do a casing or sheetrock. depends on what look you're going for, your budget etc.
