Does it stay down constantly or can you raise it up / down? I am looking for something similar as I don't love the view from my bedroom

I honestly cannot remember how we designed this but if I am correct, I believe it’s designed to just hang flat to conceal a drab view. You could do it as a sort of unconstructed roman that you can raise and lower in case you ever wanted to, BUT you might see the cords hanging behind the sheer. In this case, the fabric is open enough that plenty of light comes in, and it’s so pretty it always bests the ‘view’ so we went for it. Good luck!!

Where did you get those shams? Are they Saffron Marigold?

cafarley_writes, since this thread is almost two years old, and since you write for Saffron Marigold, presumably you could check directly with SM rather than expecting a reply from the designer here? In fact, I would wager that you already known darn well that those are SM shams, and are just angling for the designer to post a link.

As much as I like Saffron Marigold's products, not disclosing your professional connection, and angling for more info that you already know, strikes me as disingenuous. I'm not a fan of "native" marketing and promotion at the best of times.

The shame of all of this is that SM has lovely products and deserves to do well. I hope the company owners and managers rethink their efforts at promotion in such a sneaky fashion, or they will undo a lot of good, hard work.
