Ladybird larva. They are known for gobbling down aphids, stippling (fine yellow spotting) of leaves and white debris visible implies there is a sucking pest of some kind present on the plant.

Both adult and larval ladybugs are considered very beneficial. Look closely throughout your plant for aphids or other small, soft bodied insects.

Oh, good. I will leave the ladybird larva alone and let them take care of whatever is on the plant. I hope the pest causing the discoloration of leaves isn't the two spotted spider mite. I've had some trouble with these the past couple of years on other plants in my gardens. I assume this is also the reason why the sedums are looking a little droopy right now even though we've had ample amounts of rain.

When they pupate, they'll probably stick to the plant as scrunchy blobs in the same color pattern, so expect those too.
