Sink size for a double sink 72 inch vanity

What would be a good size sinks for a 72 inch double vanity? I am looking at a 18 x 13 rectangular sinks. Will that allow ample countertop space between the sinks?

That size sounds good. I have seen them undersized to take advantage of counter space and it's not a good look.

The Ladena that ck_squared has is a very popular sink in Houzz photos. It gives you a rectangular sink but with a sloped bottom so that water and toothpaste goes down the drain easily.

Sounds about right. You don't want too small of sinks.

You are right. I don't wall small sinks that look too puny for the 72 inch vanity. Other comments.

We have 2 Kohler Ladena 18" sinks in our 66" vanity. Plenty of space in between sinks.

Our 16 1/2" x 16 1/2" bowls overhang the countertop a bit; a happy accident really. I can't seem to get any splash on the counter or cabinet fronts. (That's green masking tape covering white tile trim.)

p.s. I made our vanity 24"D rather than the standard 21" and I'm glad I did. Love the extra space behind the faucets which previously, had been virtually impossible to clean around.
