Basic and affordable bathroom floor

We're having tile installed in a bathroom. I am not one to care much about aesthetics and could use advice from someone with a better eye. I am not aiming for a dazzling upgrade. This is a home built in the 80s and has not had many updates. All I'm looking for is something that is fairly inexpensive and will not look too dated in a few years when it's up for sale. I will probably put a different counter and sink in the vanity. Here's what I'm considering for flooring. Thoughts?
