I got a humzinger last year and now cleaning is such a breeze. I love it.

My most visited feeder is from the $1 store. Maybe like you said, it has just the right shallowness of the reservoir to make it easy to drink from. My second most visited feeder has a perch around the nectar holes. but I don't know if those are the real reasons. It could be also shape or color of the feeder, petals, etc.

I've used the Humzinger feeders for years. The thing I like best about them is how easy they are to clean. In fact, I put mine in the dishwasher.

I am loving mine! I saw a hummimgbird yesterday but he was feeding on my firecracker plant. I havent seen him at the feeder yet but I am hopefully. It is SO easy to clean! I might send my grandmother one. She has the old fashioned kind and this one would be easier for her.

I have a cheap 3-in-1 feeder that you can either hang, put on a post (included) or place on a window. I currently have it on our kitchen window, it's fun watching the hummers fly up and feed, plus they are so close and easy to see.

And with it so close, I remember to regularly clean and fill it.
