What are the countertops, backsplash and island material?

This kitchen is gorgeous. Please tell me material used for the counters and backsplash. Also are the cabinets glazed?

    The cabinets are glazed, or antiqued.

    The counter top on the island and the range back splash is a quartzite. Different yards call out varieties differently, at the time we sourced this it was called Nacarado.

    Do the cabinets have a glaze on them. I wish you lived in Midland Tx. I'm remodeling my smallish kitchen and it is very hard selecting cabinets, flooring countertops and appliances. It looks like you do a great job!
